Shipping
Abby’s Global Logistics & Markets LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) ships fragrance orders nationwide across the United States. Local delivery is also available for customers in the Middlesex County, New Jersey area at no additional charge.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the distance to your delivery address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Local Delivery
Customers located within Middlesex County, NJ may be eligible for free local delivery. If you are in our delivery area, this option will be available at checkout or can be arranged by contacting us directly.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. If tracking is available through the shipping carrier, we will provide tracking information when your order ships.
Shipping Carriers
We use major domestic shipping carriers to deliver your order. The specific carrier may vary depending on your location and order size.
Returns & Refunds
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@abbysgloballogistics.com or call (848) 328-8766 with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
Return Shipping Costs
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns — including change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or deciding you no longer want the product — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used fragrance products, gift cards, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
